Jump Club is designed for children of all ages under 100 lbs. The weight limit is solely to help JUMP CLUB maintain its high safety standards for all children playing. We do have a designated toddler-only area for the little ones. Safety rules are strictly enforced particularly where big kids may be playing near little ones. We do require that parents review the rules with their children and help to enforce them as well.

No, we require that one adult (18 or older) stay with each child or group of children.
To maintain the utmost cleanliness, we are a shoe-free facility in our play areas. All children and adults that enter our play areas must wear socks. Socks are available for purchase if needed.
While our inflatable games are very safe to play on, for insurance purposes we require ALL guests, even adults that may be entering an inflatable to assist their child, to sign a waiver. All waivers for children must be filled out and signed by a parent or guardian.
The owners of Jump Club are parents of young children themselves and understand the anxieties that parents sometimes face when their child is out of sight even for a moment. That is why the facility is monitored with a state-of-the-art surveillance system that records the activities throughout the day. All children will be given a security wristband that MUST match their parent/guardian's wristband prior to exiting the facility.
Our fun and friendly trained staff will provide engagement and supervision in the inflatable play area during our busier times to help ensure a safe play environment. Parents are ultimately responsible for their children and we ask that all parents ensure that their children are following the rules. * Please note that there may not be staff always present in the inflatable play area.
We offer group rates for schools, day programs, camps, etc. with advanced notice. Please contact us for further details. Promotions come up often, including Holiday events, so please refer back to our events/specials page periodically or sign up for e-mail notification of all upcoming fun events at Jump Club.
Yes! We have a dining area and cafe offering pizza, hot dogs, nachos & cheese, soft pretzels and more! PLEASE, NO OUTSIDE FOOD OR DRINKS!
Simply look over the party packages that we offer, pick one that meets your needs, and give us a call or book your party on-line. Our friendly staff will be happy to answer any questions that you may have. Please have credit card information handy for the required deposit to hold your time slot. Of course, you can book your party right here at Jump Club.
We require a $100 non-refundable deposit to reserve the time slot that you request when booking your party. If a conflict arises with your scheduled date and/or time, you must give at least 1 week notice to our staff and we will do our best to find another available time slot.
While we will always try to accommodate any last minute requests, it is recommended that you book your event with Jump Club at least several weeks in advance so that you have a better selection of time slots.
Our party packages are put together for 10 children including the birthday child. Additional guests may be invited for just $14.95 per child for the "Star" package or $16.95 per child for the "Hero" package. All adults (18 and over) are free and not included in the guest count.
We go beyond helping. The "Party Pro" assigned to your party (not included with our "Star" package) is a special person that has been handpicked by the owners of Jump Club to put you at ease. We know that you expect a party that is well organized with excellent customer service. By all means, YES. If you think your host did a fantastic job, a tip is always welcome and appreciated.
No outside food is permitted with the exception of birthday cake. Cupcakes are included in the "Hero" party package but you may bring in a cake if desired. If there are special dietary concerns, please notify us in advance and we will do our best to work with you.
We provide festive paper products and tableware but you are welcome to bring in your own if you wish. We do not permit wall or ceiling hangings, streamers, silly string, confetti, or bubbles.
To avoid overcrowding, we do not allow early entry into the play area. We know how kids can be with the excitement of getting started so we recommend arriving 5 to 15 minutes in advance (no sooner please). Remember, all kids attending a party may stay and play after the party for as long as they would like. Having all of your waiver forms completed and signed in advance will help greatly in getting you checked in quickly and on your way to an unforgettable experience.
